History

The history of our company began in 2000, at the turn of the century, in the era of rapid development of digital technologies and the Internet. From the very beginning, the company has positioned itself as a developer of innovative electronic control systems. Our first office was based in the Mogilev Technopark. As a launching pad, Technopark played a great role in the formation of STRIM, provided support at the initial stage of the company’s development. Some of our first projects were small projects in the field of automation of various technological processes of food industry enterprises of the Republic of Belarus.

In 2002-2003, STRIM received another round of development, when cooperation with one of the largest vehicle manufacturers began. The staff grew to 10 people. Our specialists created a digital control system for the traction electric drive of a dump truck, which solved the problem of machine control and maintenance. The developed control system showed excellent performance and high reliability. Our customer began to receive more and more orders for vehicles with our new control system, and STRIM began to supply products for conveyor assembly for the first time since 2003. The company invested all operating profits in the development of new projects.

In 2005-2009 an electronic control system for automatic transmissions of dump trucks and special vehicles was developed.
From 2010 to 2012 the company built a new production facility in Mogilev. Modern offices were opened,  lines for automatic soldering of electronic components and quality control of their installation were installed. New multi-axis CNC machines and machining centers were installed. The number of the company’s employees grew to 50 people. Now the company includes a development department and a production department, which includes engineers, programmers, circuit designers, mechanics. This structure allowed to efficiently create new innovative products.

From 2012 to 2016, STRIM has been developing new areas: electronic control systems for utility vehicles, vehicle suspension control systems, tire pressure regulation and control systems. STREAM increases its customer base and supplies products to the conveyors of many factories.
In 2016, STRIM production was certified to meet the automotive quality standard TS16949. The number of employees increased to 60 people.
Since 2017, the company has been actively developing new areas related to the development and production of traction converters, electric machines and charging stations for electric vehicle batteries. In 2018, STRIM launched new traction converters and its first charging electric station Kulon with a capacity of 22 kW, and in 2020 the company launched a special division STRIM electro, which is engaged in development and production of charging electric stations for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.

From 2020 and through 2024, fast charging stations with a capacity of 50 to 150 kW were developed and put into production. Special stations with a capacity of 180 to 250 kW for commercial vehicles and passenger vehicles have been developed. A special pride of the company is a charging station with a capacity of 2 MW. The station was developed in 2023 for charging batteries of construction equipment and dump trucks.
In 2025, the company celebrates 25 years since its foundation. By the 25th anniversary of STRIM, the number of employees is more than 120 people, the company has expanded its production area to 3000 m², has a powerful fleet of production equipment and process lines for the production of complex electronic products for automotive technology. Great attention is paid to the testing base for product testing.
